What we collect, and why
Information you submit. The contact form collects your name, work email, company, role, area of interest, timing, a description of the operating problem, the page you submitted from, and your consent to be contacted. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell or rent this information.
Do not include protected health information or other sensitive personal data in the form. The website is not a secure channel for patient records, and Nigat does not accept such information through it.
Information collected automatically. Like every website, ours receives standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timing. Our host uses this for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts and serves the website, screens traffic for abuse, and provides the Turnstile check that protects the contact form from automated submissions.
- Resend delivers your contact-form submission to us as an email.
Each provider processes data under its own published privacy terms and only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
The website itself does not store form submissions. Your inquiry arrives as an email and is kept in Nigat’s business mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited period for security purposes.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets only essential cookies: those our host uses for security and those set by the Turnstile bot check. It stores your light-or-dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, so no consent banner is shown.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@nigattech.com. We will act on a verified request within thirty days. You may also simply email us instead of using the form.
Children
The website is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date above will change with it. Material changes will be noted here.
