The site is informational
The website describes Nigat’s services, products, and way of working. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement, not these terms, governs any engagement.
Nothing on the site is professional advice. It is not medical, clinical, coding, billing, legal, tax, or financial advice, and you should not act on it as such.
Demonstrations
The interactive demonstrations run on public datasets or on synthetic records generated for the purpose, as each demonstration states. Their outputs illustrate a method. They are not results from any customer, are not validated for any particular use, and are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a purpose.
In particular, the RCD PacketOps demonstration surfaces documentary evidence and reviewer workflow. It does not make, and must not be relied on for, clinical, coding, homebound-status, medical-necessity, or claim-submission determinations. Those remain the responsibility of credentialed professionals.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and use the demonstrations for evaluation. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, use automated means to extract its content at volume, misrepresent your identity in the contact form, or submit protected health information or other sensitive personal data through it.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, code, and graphics are owned by Nigat and protected by copyright. Demonstrations incorporate third-party data under the licences stated on each demonstration, including OpenStreetMap data under the Open Database Licence, NYC Open Data and NASA datasets in the public domain, and HL7 FHIR specifications. Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Links to other sites, including data sources, are provided for reference. Nigat does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and its demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nigat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nigat’s total liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by our privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
