The site is designed for minimal data collection, secure transport, restrictive browser headers, server-side validation, rate limiting, and configurable abuse protection. Production routing requires environment configuration.
Separate product systems
NeedPilot and RCD PacketOps are not implemented inside this corporate website. Each product needs its own architecture, access, audit, retention, incident, and contractual controls.
Healthcare boundary
RCD PacketOps must not process PHI in a production pilot without appropriate agreements, risk analysis, access control, audit logging, encryption, retention, deletion, incident response, and qualified professional review.
AI and customer data
Nigat does not claim a right to train cross-customer models on customer data. Any use must match the agreement, documented purpose, provider terms, and applicable law.
